2nd Graders Ski & Ride Free at Mountain Creek
Vernon, NJ – November 15, 2010 – The first flurries of the season have fallen causing children to sit anxiously in school hoping for a “snow day.” Thoughts of snow, hot chocolate, holiday treats and fun with friends run through youngsters minds.
This December, Mountain Creek is offering 2nd Graders a free Learn-To Ski & Snowboard Free Program. With the help of Ski Barn, the resort is expanding the program state-wide to all New Jersey 2nd graders.
The 2nd Graders Learn-To Ski & Snowboard Free Package includes:
- Ski/Snowboard, Boots, Poles and Helmet
- 1.5 Hour Group Lesson
- Beginner Lift Ticket
Parents don’t have to be “left out in the cold.” Mountain Creek will set parents up with their very own Free Learn-To Package to they can enjoy a winter lifestyle sport as a family.
Lessons are available at 10:30am, 12:30pm, and 2:30pm from December 14th – December 24th.
Skiers and snowboarders are encouraged to reserve their lesson times in advance, as groups have a maximum of 30 students per session. Pre-registration is required. Participants are asked to check-in at the Ski and Snowboard School Sales Office in the Vernon base Area 20 minutes prior to the start of their lesson.
