The Market
The Market is our new dining hall style cafeteria at the Red Tail Lodge. The Market takes the ski lodge cafeteria to the next level. Sure you’ll find all the staples such as burgers, pizza and our world famous chicken fingers, but for our more culinary minded guests you’ll also find a healthy selection of fresh salads, paninis, artisanal sandwiches and daily chef’s selection. For those with dietary restrictions we are proud to serve a selection of Gluten and lactose free choices. Guests in the Red Tail Lodge will enjoy comfortable seating and expansive floor to ceiling views of the mountain. Come in, fuel up, warm yourself by one of our fireplaces and enjoy the all-new Mountain Creek. Open: 11am-close daily
Schuss
Get above it all... Located on the mezzanine level of the Red Tail Lodge you’ll find Schuss our classic Après ski hotspot. Schuss offers gourmet wood-fired pizza, signature cocktails and over 20 varieties of beer. It’s the perfect place to wind down or crank it up with your friends after a day on the slopes. Catch a game on one of the big screens or take in the live entertainment on the weekends. If you’re feeling adventurous, ask your bartender to line up a shot ski with your favorite spirit. The Hawk's Nest
The Hawk’s Nest is our new intimate, table-served gourmet restaurant space. Located on the second floor of the Red Tail Lodge, the Hawk’s Nest features a sophisticated menu developed by the Chef’s of Crystal Springs and Restaurant Latour. Adorned with fine custom furniture, an over-sized cozy fireplace, private bar, patio fire pit and spectacular views of the mountain, when you step into the Hawk’s Nest you’ll think you stepped right into vintage ski country. The Biergarten
Located “Sunnyside” on our new Red Tail Lodge outdoor patio, The Biergarten offers cold German brews, hot burgers and brats fresh off the grill, great stories and better people watching. Warm up by one of several outdoor fireplaces and fire pits or rest your tired legs in a real Adirondack lounge chair, The Biergarten is your perfect base area pit stop. Kickstand
Feed your pre-snow caffeine jones at Kickstand. Located on the first floor of the Red Tail Lodge, Kickstand proudly brews only Starbucks coffees. Cappuccino, Latte, Espresso, dripped, pressed, hot or iced, the Kickstand has you covered. Open 8:30am daily
South Square
Conveniently located on the first floor of the South Lodge, South Square serves up a vast food selection and comfortable seating for all. South Square is a great place to gather with friends, eat and get out of the cold for a minute to sit, warm up, fuel up and get ready to hit the slopes again. Open Monday-Friday 12pm-close; Saturday-Sunday 8am-close
KINK
Located
on the second floor of the South Lodge, by day Kink offers some of the
best food and beer around. Open 7 days a week you can always find a
seat at Kink. Come enjoy the warm and cozy ambiance, perfect for the
entire family, and choose from our brand new American-Style BBQ menu and

RUSH
Nothin'
gets you craving some delectable sugary goodness quite like a sweet day
on the slopes. Welcome to Rush Candy Bar... the sweet tooth's paradise.
Stop in to fuel up or to hang out. Rush is also home to our GoPro
Video Lab offering FREE GoPro personal camera demos and viewing
stations. Located in the South Lodge. Open 11am daily
