Guest Service Hours:
Guest Services is open during resort operating hours starting opening day through the close of the winter season.
Monday - Thursday (Non-Holiday)
Vernon Peak: 9am - 9pm
Granite Peak: 10am-9pm
South Peak: 12pm - 9pm
Bear Peak: 12:30pm-8pm
Friday (Non-Holiday)
Vernon Peak: 9am - 10pm
Granite Peak: 10am-10pm
South Peak: 12pm-10pm
Bear Peak: 12:30pm-9pm
Saturday (Non-Holiday)
Vernon Peak: 9am - 10pm

Located behind the South Lodge at the Mountain Creek Terrain Park

Fri-Sun & Holidays 10AM–8PM

Drop Zone Snowtube Park:
Tickets can be purchased at the Drop Zone Tubing Park or at the Red Tail Lodge Ticket Windows. Reservations are recommended. Tubing is accessed via Shuttle Bus from the Sand Hill Parking Lot or the Red Tail Lodge Transportation Center.
