Season Pass FAQ's

[1] HOW AND WHEN CAN I PURCHASE MY 2012/2013 SEASON PASS?
The 2012/2013 Spring Pass Sale ended April 18, 2012.  Season Passes will go on sale again this fall.  Have a great summer!

[2] AFTER I PURCHASE MY PASS, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
You'll need to complete the following 2 steps:

  • Sign Your Liability Release Waiver
  • Upload Your Photo

Both of these items can be completed online or in person at Guest Services.

[3] HOW DO I UPLOAD MY PHOTO?
We've built a custom online photo upload tool to allow you to center, crop and upload your own digital photo for your season pass. Click Here to upload your photo.

[4] WILL MY SEASON PASS BE MAILED TO ME?
NO - Spring Passes will not be mailed to guests.  They are only available for on-site pick up at Guest Services during resort operating hours.

[5] WHEN WILL MY 2012/13 SEASON PASS BE ACTIVE? 
Once you've completed your photo and waiver and have picked up your 2012/3 Spring Pass it will be active for use at the lifts starting on Tuesday February 21, 2012.  Spring Passes are valid through the end of the season.  2013 Passes will be issued in the fall.

[6] IS THERE A SEASON PASS FOR CHILDREN 6 YEARS OLD AND UNDER?
Yes there is - And it's FREE with your purchase of an Adult Season Pass!  These passes are available at Guest Services and can only be issued in person with both parent and child present.  Any new applicants need to show proof of age in the form of a birth certificate or passport. Tot Passes are only valid for the season they are issued in.

[7] WHAT BENEFITS ARE INCLUDED WITH MY SEASON PASS?
Glad you asked! There are quite a few EXCLUSIVE benefits for Spring Season Passholders ONLY! You can see a list of our 2012/2013 season pass benefits here. Please note your season pass does not include any parking privileges.

[8] WHEN DOES MY SEASON PASS EXPIRE?
All winter 2011/2012 Season Passes are valid through April 1, 2012. In the event that the 11/12 winter season extends beyond April 1, 2012, all 11/12 season passes will expire at the close of the resort on the last day that we are officially open for the winter season.  2012/13 Spring Passes are valid through the close of the 2012 season and all of the 2012/13 winter season.

[9] CAN OTHER PEOPLE USE MY SEASON PASS?
Hate to be a downer, but season passes are non-transferable under any circumstances. No exceptions.

[10] CAN MY SEASON PASS BE REVOKED?
Yes. Your season pass is the property of Mountain Creek.  If any Mountain Creek staff determines that a passholder exhibits improper, endangering or illegal behavior, the pass and all privileges and benefits associated with the pass will be revoked for a specific period of time up to and including the remainder of the season, dependent upon the nature of the offense at the discretion of the resort staff.  

[11] DOES A SEASON PASS INCLUDE SNOW TUBING OR LESSONS?
Season Passholders are eligible for $10 Off any snowtubing session.  Season Passholders are eligible for 10% Off when they book a non-holiday private lesson.

[12] WHAT ARE THE MOUNTAIN CREEK AGE CATEGORIES FOR SEASONS PASSES?
YOUTH are defined as ages 7 through 18, ADULTS as 19 & up. Skiers and riders age 80 and up receive a FREE season pass...bless you, we should be so lucky.

[14] WHAT ARE THE 2011/2012 HOLIDAY DATES/PERIODS?
Dec 23rd - Jan  1st
Jan  14th - Jan 16th
Feb  18th - Feb 26th

[15] ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE FRIENDS & FAMILY PASS?
All Access passes bought through the Friends & Family discount are identical to the individual All Access Passes. To get the Friends & Family discount, all 4 people in your group must purchase their passes together at the same time.  Friends & Family Passes are only sold in groups of 4. Free Senior and Tot Passes do not count towards the Friends & Family group.
